ร่วมพัฒนาเยาวชนสู่เส้นทางอาชีพ ผ่านกิจกรรม “Ignite Your Success Occupation” ปีที่ 3

นับเป็นปีที่ 3 ของความร่วมมือระหว่างมูลนิธิเด็กโสสะแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชินูปถัมภ์ และบริษัท ซิกเวอร์ค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ในการจัดกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาเยาวชน “Ignite Your Success Occupation จุดประกายความสำเร็จในอาชีพ” ภายใต้โครงการ YouthCan! SOS 2026 Project by Siegwerk (Thailand) Ltd. ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 14–17 พฤษภาคม 2569

มูลนิธิเด็กโสสะฯ ขอขอบพระคุณบริษัท ซิกเวอร์ค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ที่เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของการพัฒนาเยาวชน และร่วมสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอด 3 ปีที่ผ่านมา โครงการนี้มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับการเติบโตสู่โลกการทำงาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเรียนรู้เพื่อเข้าใจตนเอง การพัฒนาความมั่นใจในการสื่อสาร การคิดวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบ ตลอดจนการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านอาชีพอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์หลักของมูลนิธิฯ ในการพัฒนาเยาวชน หรือ Empower Young People

ในปีนี้ มีเยาวชนจากหมู่บ้านเด็กโสสะทั้ง 5 แห่ง เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจำนวน 30 คน โดยเป็นนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1–4 กิจกรรมภายในค่ายได้รับการออกแบบอย่างรอบด้าน เพื่อส่งเสริมการเติบโตทั้งด้านความคิด ทักษะ และบุคลิกภาพ ผ่านการเรียนรู้ในหัวข้อสำคัญที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานในอนาคต เช่น การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำและการค้นหาตัวตน, การวางแผนและบริหารจัดการทางการเงิน, เทคนิคการสมัครงานและการเตรียมตัวสัมภาษณ์, การเขียน Resume ประตูด่านแรกสู่โลกการทำงาน, เทคนิคการดูแลตนเองในวัยทำงาน, แนวความคิดแบบเติบโต เพื่อความก้าวหน้าในชีวิต, รวมถึงการพัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษผ่านกิจกรรม English Game

นอกจากนี้ บริษัท ซิกเวอร์ค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ยังเปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนได้เข้าเยี่ยมชมโรงงาน เพื่อเรียนรู้กระบวนการทำงานจริง และตลอดระยะเวลา 4 วันของกิจกรรม ยังมีพี่ ๆ อาสาสมัครร่วมแบ่งปันความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และแรงบันดาลใจให้กับน้อง ๆ อย่างใกล้ชิด

พลังแห่งความร่วมมือ เพื่ออนาคตของเยาวชน

“ความร่วมมือระหว่างมูลนิธิเด็กโสสะฯ และบริษัท ซิกเวอร์ค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ในปีนี้เข้าสู่ปีที่ 3 แล้วค่ะ ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา ทุกฝ่ายมีความตั้งใจและทุ่มเทในการออกแบบกิจกรรมและหลักสูตรให้เหมาะสมกับเยาวชน เพื่อส่งเสริมให้น้อง ๆ ได้เติบโตและพัฒนาศักยภาพ พร้อมก้าวสู่โลกการทำงานในอนาคต อยากให้น้อง ๆ ได้รับทั้งความรู้และประสบการณ์ในหลายด้าน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทักษะการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การทำงาน หรือการได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้จากพี่ ๆ ที่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานจริง ซึ่งเป็นโอกาสสำคัญที่ช่วยเปิดมุมมองและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับเยาวชน ขอให้น้อง ๆ ทุกคนเก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์ดี ๆ จากกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ และนำไปต่อยอดในการใช้ชีวิตและการทำงานในอนาคต รวมถึงหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะได้รับความร่วมมือที่ดีจากบริษัท ซิกเวอร์ค ประเทศไทย ในการร่วมพัฒนาเยาวชนต่อไปในปีต่อ ๆ ไปค่ะ”

“สิ่งที่ประทับใจคือการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างซิกเวอร์ค ประเทศไทย และมูลนิธิเด็กโสสะฯ ที่ช่วยกันสร้างพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้ให้กับเยาวชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยหวังว่ากิจกรรมนี้จะช่วยให้น้อง ๆ ได้ค้นพบศักยภาพของตนเอง ผ่านการทำงานร่วมกัน การแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริง เพื่อเป็นแรงบันดาลใจในการเติบโตต่อไปในอนาคต ขอให้น้อง ๆ เชื่อมั่นในตัวเอง เพราะทุกคนล้วนมีคุณค่าและความสามารถในแบบของตนเอง สำหรับใครที่ยังค้นไม่พบว่าตัวเองถนัดด้านไหน ขอให้เปิดใจเรียนรู้ต่อไป เพราะการเรียนรู้จะช่วยให้เราค้นพบศักยภาพและเส้นทางที่เหมาะกับตัวเองได้ในที่สุด”

“พี่ ๆ ทุกคนต้อนรับพวกหนูดีมากค่ะ หนูชอบกิจกรรมเยี่ยมชมโรงงานมาก แล้วก็ชอบหัวข้อการพัฒนาทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ เรื่องการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ เพราะรู้สึกว่าสำคัญกับการใช้ชีวิตและการทำงานในอนาคตมาก ๆ ทุกกิจกรรมที่ได้ทำให้ทั้งความรู้และประสบการณ์ ที่สามารถนำไปใช้ได้หลายอย่าง เพราะในอนาคตพวกหนูต้องเจอกับสังคมใหม่ ๆ และสิ่งที่พี่ ๆ สอน ก็สามารถนำไปต่อยอดและใช้ประโยชน์กับอนาคตของตัวเองได้จริงค่ะ หนูขอบคุณพี่ ๆ ที่จัดกิจกรรมนี้ขึ้นมา เพราะเป็นอีกหนึ่งโอกาสที่ช่วยเตรียมความพร้อมให้พวกหนูได้เรียนรู้การใช้ชีวิตข้างนอก และเปิดประสบการณ์ใหม่ ๆ ถ้ามีโอกาส หนูอยากให้มีกิจกรรมแบบนี้อีก เพื่อให้น้อง ๆ รุ่นต่อไปได้มีโอกาสเรียนรู้เหมือนกันค่ะ”

“หนูรู้สึกว่าการอบรมครั้งนี้ได้ประโยชน์ และสามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริงค่ะ โดยเฉพาะเรื่องการทำ Resume เพราะหนูกำลังฝึกงานและต้องใช้ในการสมัครเข้าฝึกงานพอดีค่ะ หนูได้เรียนรู้เรื่องความเป็นผู้นำ การกล้าแสดงออก การสื่อสารกับคนอื่น แล้วก็เรื่องการวางแผนการเงิน ที่สามารถเอาไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้จริงค่ะ ขอบคุณพี่ ๆ ทุกคนที่คอยสอน คอยให้ความรู้ และดูแลพวกหนูอย่างดี หนูดีใจมากที่ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ และหวังว่าจะมีกิจกรรมดี ๆ แบบนี้ให้น้อง ๆ รุ่นต่อไปอีกค่ะ”

เพราะการเติบโตของเยาวชน ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นจากการเรียนในห้องเรียนเพียงอย่างเดียว โครงการ “Ignite Your Success Occupation จุดประกายความสำเร็จในอาชีพ” ภายใต้ YouthCan! SOS 2026 Project โดยการสนับสนุนจาก Siegwerk Thailand จึงเป็นมากกว่าค่ายพัฒนาเยาวชน แต่คือพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้ ที่เปิดโอกาสให้น้อง ๆ ได้ค้นหาตัวเอง กล้าคิด กล้าฝัน และมองเห็นเส้นทางอนาคตของตนเองอย่างชัดเจนมากยิ่งขึ้น พร้อมเติมเต็มทั้งทักษะ ประสบการณ์ และแรงบันดาลใจ เพื่อก้าวสู่โลกการทำงานและการใช้ชีวิตอย่างมั่นใจในวันข้างหน้า

Siegwerk (Thailand) Ltd. and SOS Children’s Villages Thailand Continue to Empower Youth through the “Ignite Your Success Occupation” Camp for the 3rd Year

This marks the third year of collaboration between SOS Children’s Villages Thailand, under the Royal Patronage of Her Majesty the Queen, and Siegwerk (Thailand) Ltd. in organizing the youth development camp “Ignite Your Success Occupation.” The program is part of the YouthCan! SOS 2026 Project by Siegwerk (Thailand) Ltd., held from 14–17 May 2026.

SOS Children’s Villages Thailand would like to express its sincere appreciation to Siegwerk (Thailand) Ltd. for recognizing the importance of youth development and for continuously supporting this initiative over the past three years. The project plays a vital role in equipping young people with essential skills for their transition into the world of work. These include self-awareness, communication confidence, critical thinking, and practical career preparation—aligned with the foundation’s core strategy of Empowering Young People.

This year, 30 youths from five SOS Children’s Villages across Thailand participated in the camp. The participants were university students in their first to fourth year. The program was thoughtfully designed to support holistic development in mindset, skills, and personality through key learning topics essential for future careers. These included leadership development and self-discovery, financial planning and management, job application and interview techniques, resume writing as a gateway to employment, self-care in the workplace, growth mindset for personal advancement, and English language development through interactive activities.

In addition, Siegwerk (Thailand) Ltd. provided participants with the opportunity to visit its manufacturing facility, allowing them to gain real-world insights into professional working environments. Throughout the four-day program, volunteers closely engaged with the youth, sharing their knowledge, experiences, and inspiration.

The Power of Collaboration for Youth Development

Ms. Chantira Somboonkerd, Deputy National Director and Fund Development and Communications Director at SOS Children’s Villages Thailand, stated:

“This year marks the third year of collaboration between SOS Children’s Villages Thailand and Siegwerk (Thailand) Ltd. Over the years, all parties have been dedicated to designing activities and curricula that best support youth development. Our goal is to empower young people to grow, realize their potential, and confidently step into the professional world.
We hope the participants gain both knowledge and diverse experiences—from career preparation skills to learning from professionals—which help broaden their perspectives and inspire their future paths. We encourage all participants to make the most of this valuable experience and apply it to their future lives and careers. Prim, a youth representative from SOS Children’s Village Hat Yai, shared:

“We received such a warm welcome from everyone. I really enjoyed the factory visit and the sessions on leadership and analytical thinking, as they are very important for both life and future work. Every activity provided valuable knowledge and practical experience that we can truly apply.  Thank you to everyone who organized this program—it has given us a great opportunity to prepare for life beyond our comfort zone and to explore new experiences. I hope there will be more activities like this for future generations.”

Prod, a youth representative from SOS Children’s Village Phuket, said:

“This training has been very beneficial and practical, especially the resume writing session, which I can directly apply to my internship applications. I also learned about leadership, self-confidence, communication, and financial planning—skills that are useful in everyday life.  Thank you to all the mentors for your guidance and support. I’m very happy to have joined this program and hope there will be more opportunities like this for future participants.”

Because youth development goes beyond classroom learning, the “Ignite Your Success Occupation” program under the YouthCan! SOS 2026 Project, supported by Siegwerk (Thailand) Ltd., is more than just a camp. It is a platform for learning and self-discovery—empowering young people to think boldly, dream confidently, and clearly envision their future paths. The program enriches them with skills, experiences, and inspiration, preparing them to step into the world of work and life with confidence.
