TK ELEVATOR (THAILAND) ร่วมกับมูลนิธิเด็กโสสะฯ เสริมสร้างความพร้อมเยาวชนสู่เส้นทางอาชีพในฝัน

มูลนิธิเด็กโสสะฯ ขอขอบพระคุณบริษัท ทีเค เอลลิเวเตอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด หรือ TK ELEVATOR (THAILAND) ผู้นำธุรกิจด้านการติดตั้งลิฟท์ บันไดเลื่อน และทางลาดเลื่อน พร้อมบริการซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษา สำหรับการส่งเสริมเพิ่มทักษะให้กับเยาวชน พร้อมสู่การประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต ผ่านกิจกรรม “EDUCATION4FUTURE CAMP TK ELEVATOR (THAILAND) X SOS Children’s Villages Thailand” จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 3-5 กรกฎาคม 2568 ณ โรงแรมอมารี ดอนเมือง แอร์พอร์ต กรุงเทพฯ 

สำหรับโครงการ EDUCATION4FUTURE CAMP ในครั้งนี้ มีเยาวชนจากหมู่บ้านเด็กโสสะ ทั้ง 5 แห่งทั่วประเทศ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจำนวน 25 คน และกำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับอุดมศึกษา ชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 4 โดยกิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นมุ่งเน้นไปที่การพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานในอนาคต ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การตั้งเป้าหมายในชีวิต, การวางแผนวิสัยทัศน์ กลยุทธ์ และการแก้ไขปัญหา, การแบ่งปันประสบการณ์การทำงานจริง, การวางแผนด้านการเงิน

“สำหรับ TK Elevator เราเชื่อว่า "เยาวชนคืออนาคตของสังคม" การที่บริษัทได้มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงเจตนารมณ์ของ TK Elevator ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับความสำเร็จในธุรกิจ ควบคู่ไปกับบทบาทในการพัฒนาสังคม เราภูมิใจที่ได้เปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชน ได้เรียนรู้ ลงมือทำ และค้นหาศักยภาพของตนเองผ่านประสบการณ์จริง โดยประสบการณ์เหล่านี้จะกลายเป็นพลังในการพัฒนาตนเอง และเป็นก้าวแรกสู่เส้นทางที่น้อง ๆ เลือกด้วยความมั่นใจ ผมขอเป็นกำลังใจให้น้อง ๆ ทุกคน บางครั้งโอกาสอาจมาในเวลาที่เรายังรู้สึกว่า "ไม่พร้อม" แต่ในความเป็นจริงแล้ว "ความพร้อม" คือการที่เรากล้าลงมือทำและเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง จงกล้าที่จะเริ่มต้น และไม่กลัว เพราะทุกย่างก้าวคือการเรียนรู้ ทุกบทเรียนคือโอกาสในการเติบโต”

“กิจกรรมครั้งนี้เกิดจากความร่วมมือระหว่างมูลนิธิเด็กโสสะฯ และบริษัท TK ELEVATOR (THAILAND) ซึ่งมีจุดมุ่งหมายหลักเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิตและทักษะด้านอาชีพ ให้กับเยาวชนในความดูแลของมูลนิธิฯ เราอยากให้เด็กๆ ได้เปิดโลกทัศน์ เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริง และมีโอกาสใกล้ชิดกับพี่ๆ ที่เป็นแรงบันดาลใจจากภาคธุรกิจ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้พวกเขามองเห็นเส้นทางอนาคตของตนเองชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น ทางมูลนิธิฯ คาดหวังว่ากิจกรรมในครั้งนี้จะช่วยให้น้องๆ ได้รู้จักตนเองมากขึ้น และกล้าที่จะฝันและลงมือทำตามความฝัน ขอให้เยาวชนทุกคนเชื่อมั่นในคุณค่าและความสามารถของตัวเอง นำสิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้จากกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ ต่อยอดเป็นพลังในการสร้างอนาคตที่ดีให้กับตัวเองและผู้อื่นต่อไป”

“สิ่งที่ผมประทับใจที่สุด คือการได้ทำงานกลุ่มร่วมกับเพื่อน ๆ เพราะทำให้เราได้พัฒนาตัวเอง ฝึกทักษะการสื่อสาร การเข้าหาผู้อื่น และเรียนรู้ที่จะรับฟังความคิดเห็นของกันและกัน ซึ่งช่วยให้งานของเราดีขึ้น ผมขอขอบคุณพี่ ๆ TK ที่สละเวลามาแบ่งปันความรู้ และให้ความสำคัญกับเยาวชนอย่างพวกเราครับ กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ทั้งสนุกและมีประโยชน์มาก ผมได้รับทั้งแรงบันดาลใจและความรู้ที่สามารถนำไปต่อยอดได้ในอนาคต ขอบคุณมากครับ”

“กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ทำให้หนูได้รู้จักเพื่อน ๆ มากขึ้นค่ะ ได้พูดคุย เรียนรู้ และใช้เวลาร่วมกัน  หัวข้อที่หนูประทับใจที่สุดคือ ‘การตั้งเป้าหมายในชีวิต’ เพราะช่วยเปิดมุมมองใหม่ ๆ ทำให้หนูได้คิดทบทวนเกี่ยวกับอนาคตของตัวเอง และเริ่มวางแผนเส้นทางอาชีพอย่างมีเป้าหมาย ชัดเจนมากขึ้น หนูอยากขอบคุณพี่ ๆ TK และมูลนิธิเด็กโสสะฯ ที่ให้โอกาสพวกเราได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดี ๆ แบบนี้ ขอบคุณที่สละเวลา มอบความรู้ และส่งต่อแรงบันดาลใจให้กับหนูและเพื่อน ๆ ทุกคน พี่ ๆ ทุกคนตั้งใจมาก หนูจะนำสิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้ไปปรับใช้ในชีวิตอย่างแน่นอนค่ะ”

ทั้งนี้ โครงการ EDUCATION4FUTURE CAMP ที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก TK ELEVATOR (THAILAND) ในครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงเป็นพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้เท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นเวทีที่ช่วยจุดประกายความฝัน สร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และเปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนได้ค้นพบศักยภาพของตนเอง พร้อมวางรากฐานสู่การประกอบอาชีพอย่างมั่นใจและยั่งยืนในอนาคต

TK ELEVATOR (THAILAND) Collaborates with SOS Children’s Villages Thailand to Empower Young people Towards Their Dream Careers

SOS Children’s Villages Thailand would like to express its heartfelt gratitude to TK Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a leading company specializing in the installation of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways, as well as providing repair and maintenance services, for supporting youth skill development initiatives that prepare them for future careers through the “EDUCATION4FUTURE CAMP: TK ELEVATOR (THAILAND) X SOS Children’s Villages Thailand” held from July 3-5, 2025, at Amari Don Muang Airport Hotel, Bangkok.

This EDUCATION4FUTURE CAMP welcomed 25 university students from SOS Children’s Villages across the country, ranging from first to fourth year. The camp focused on developing essential skills for the future workplace, including goal setting, vision and strategy planning, problem-solving, sharing real work experiences, and financial planning.
