“Ignite Your Success Occupation” จุดประกายความสำเร็จ สู่โลกอาชีพของเยาวชนโสสะ

ในปี 2568 นี้ นับเป็นปีที่สองของความร่วมมือระหว่าง มูลนิธิเด็กโสสะแห่งประเทศไทยฯ และ บริษัท ซิกเวอร์ค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ในการจัดกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาเยาวชน ภายใต้ชื่อโครงการ “Ignite Your Success Occupation จุดประกายความสำเร็จในอาชีพ” หรือ Youth Can SOS 2025 Project by Siegwerk (Thailand) Ltd. ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 22–25 พฤษภาคม 2568

มูลนิธิเด็กโสสะฯ ขอขอบพระคุณบริษัท ซิกเวอร์ค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ที่เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของการพัฒนาเยาวชน และได้ร่วมมือกันจัดค่ายนี้ขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งนับเป็นก้าวสำคัญของการทำงานเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะและเตรียมความพร้อมให้เยาวชนก้าวเข้าสู่โลกอาชีพในอนาคตอย่างมั่นใจ โดยโครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการทำงานที่จำเป็นต่อการประกอบอาชีพจริงในอนาคต ใช้กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นการลงมือปฏิบัติ การพัฒนาความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การทำงานเป็นทีม และการเข้าใจตนเอง ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์หลักของมูลนิธิฯ ในการ พัฒนาเยาวชน หรือ Empower Young People

ในปีนี้ มีเยาวชนจากหมู่บ้านเด็กโสสะทั้ง 5 แห่งเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมร่วม 31 คน โดยเป็นเยาวชนที่กำลังศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษา ชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 4 กิจกรรมภายในค่ายได้รับการออกแบบอย่างรอบด้าน เพื่อส่งเสริมการเติบโตทั้งในด้านความคิด ทักษะ และบุคลิกภาพ โดยเน้นทักษะหลักที่จำเป็นต่อการประกอบอาชีพ ได้แก่ ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและการค้นหาตัวตน, การวางแผนและบริหารจัดการทางการเงิน, เทคนิคการสมัครงานและการเตรียมตัวสัมภาษณ์, เทคนิคการดูแลตนเองในวัยทำงาน, Fixed and Growth Mindset – กรอบความคิดแบบยึดติด-เติบโต 

ทั้งนี้ทางซิกเวอร์คได้เปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนจากหมู่บ้านเด็กโสสะทั้ง 31 คน ได้เข้าเยี่ยมชมโรงงาน และในการทำกิจกรรม จะมีพี่ๆ อาสาสมัครร่วมแบ่งปันความรู้และประสบการณ์ตลอด 4 วันนี้ด้วย

โครงการ “Ignite Your Success Occupation จุดประกายความสำเร็จในอาชีพ” ภายใต้ Youth Can! SOS 2025 Project โดยการสนับสนุนของ Siegwerk Thailand จึงไม่ใช่เพียงกิจกรรมค่ายทั่วไป แต่คือเวทีที่ช่วยจุดประกายความฝัน เติมเต็มศักยภาพ และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้เยาวชนเติบโตอย่างมั่นใจสู่เส้นทางอาชีพในอนาคต

“Ignite Your Success Occupation” Inspiring success and empowering SOS youth for their future careers

In 2025, this marks the second year of a strong collaboration between SOS Children’s Villages Thailand and Siegwerk (Thailand) Ltd. in organizing the youth development camp under the project titled “Ignite Your Success Occupation” or YouthCan! SOS 2025 Project by Siegwerk (Thailand) Ltd., scheduled to take place from 22–25 May 2025.

SOS Children’s Villages Thailand would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Siegwerk (Thailand) Co., Ltd. for recognizing the importance of youth development and continuously collaborating with us to organize this camp. This initiative marks a significant step forward in our efforts to equip young people with essential skills and prepare them to enter the professional world with confidence. This project primarily aims to equip young people with essential workplace skills needed for their future careers. The program utilizes experiential learning activities that emphasize hands-on practice, creative thinking, teamwork, and self-awareness—aligning with SOS Children’s Villages Thailand core strategy to empower young people.

This year, 31 youths from all five SOS Children's Villages in Thailand participated in the program. These participants are university students from their first to fourth year of study. The camp activities were thoughtfully designed to support growth in three key areas: mindset, skills, and personality. The focus was on core competencies essential for career readiness, including leadership and self-discovery, financial planning and management, job application and interview preparation techniques, self-care in the workplace, and understanding the Fixed vs. Growth Mindset. As part of the program, Sigwork provided an opportunity for all 31 youths from SOS Children’s Villages to visit the company’s factory. Throughout the four-day camp, dedicated volunteers from Sigwork also joined the activities, sharing their knowledge and real-life experiences with the participants.
