DHL จัดฝึกอบรม First Jobbers Camp 2019 สำหรับเยาวชนจากมูลนิธิเด็กโสสะฯ

ดีเอชแอล ประเทศไทย ได้ร่วมมือกับมูลนิธิเด็กโสสะแห่งประเทศไทยฯ เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะสู่โลกของการทำงานให้กับเยาวชน 31 คน จากมูลนิธิเด็กโสสะฯ ทั้ง 5 หมู่บ้านทั่วประเทศ ซึ่งในปีนี้เป็นปีที่ 6 แล้วสำหรับความร่วมมือในโครงการ DHL GoTeach ของกลุ่มบริษัทดอยช์ โพสต์ ดีเอชแอล ที่ต้องการพัฒนาโอกาสทางการศึกษาและการประกอบอาชีพให้กับเยาวชน และ DHL ยังเป็นหนึ่งในพันธมิตรระดับนานาชาติกับ SOS ในโครงการเสริมสร้างการมีงานทำให้กับเยาวชน SOS ทั่วโลก

เมื่อเดือนมิถุนายนที่ผ่านมา พนักงานอาสาสมัครของดีเอชแอล ประเทศไทยได้ร่วมกันจัดค่ายฝึกอบรม 3 วัน ภายใต้ชื่อ DHL First Jobbers Camp เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะให้กับเยาวชนได้เท่าทันกับโลกยุคปัจจุบันก่อนก้าวสู่การทำงานครั้งแรก อาทิ การเสริมทักษะพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ การพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ และการติดต่อสื่อสารอย่างมืออาชีพ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้เยาวชนได้เตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการสัมภาษณ์งานและเป็นบุคลากรที่มีความสามารถ

ในนามของเยาวชนจากครอบครัวโสสะ ขอขอบพระคุณพี่ๆ อาสาสมัครดีเอชแอลทุกท่านที่มาแบ่งปันความรู้และประสบการณ์ให้กับน้องๆ เยาวชน ได้พัฒนาทักษะและความพร้อม ก่อนเข้าสู่โลกการทำงานจริงในอนาคตค่ะ

DHL Thailand has collaborated with SOS Children's Villages Thailand to empower young people through DHL First Jobbers Camp for 31 youths from five SOS Children’s Villages in Thailand.  Aiming to develop the employability skill and career opportunities for SOS young people, the program, initiated by Deutsche Post DHL Group, has marked the 6^th year of partnership between DHL Thailand and SOS Children’s Village Thailand. DHL has also been Youth Can! partner with SOS Children’s Villages International to support the youth employability.

In June 2019, DHL employees volunteered to take part in a 3-day training camp under the name of DHL First Jobbers Camp to build skills for young people before stepping into their first job and be ready for the today’s workforce. The training topics included speaking and writing English skills, personality development and professional communication.

SOS Children Villages Thailand would like to thank all DHL volunteers for sharing knowledge and experience with our youths to enhance employability. The support helps our youths to be prepared for the job interviews and become the talented first jobber in Thai labor market.
