"ค่ายต้นกล้า... พัฒนาเยาวชนสู่โลกการทำงาน" DHL GoTeach 2014

องค์กรหมู่บ้านเด็ก เอส โอ เอส สากล (SOS Children’s Villages International) และบริษัท ดอยช์ โพสต์ ดีเอชแอล ได้สร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรตั้งแต่ปี 2552 ในโครงการ "GoTeach" ซึ่งเป็นโครงการที่ช่วยมอบโอกาสให้เยาวชนของหมู่บ้านเด็ก เอส โอ เอส ได้รับการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นในการเตรียมพร้อมสู่โลกของการทำงาน เพื่อที่จะเติบโตเป็นผู้ใหญ่และประกอบอาชีพเลี้ยงดูตนเองในอนาคต และในปี 2557 ก็เป็นโอกาสอันดีของมูลนิธิเด็กโสสะแห่งประเทศไทยฯ และบริษัท ดีเอชแอล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ที่จะได้ร่วมมอบโอกาสพิเศษนี้ให้แก่น้องๆ เยาวชน

"ค่ายต้นกล้า" จัดขึ้นในวันที่ 2 - 4 ธ.ค. 2557 ณ โรงแรมเมเปิล โดยมีกิจกรรมดังต่อไปนี้

DAY 1: Strengthen Your Mentality for Working Life และ Mental Analysis โดย ดร.จิตรา ดุษฎีเมธา ประธานโครงการศูนย์ให้คำปรึกษาและพัฒนาศักยภาพมนุษย์ และอาจารย์ประจำ สังกัดบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ

DAY 2: Fundamental English Session for Job Application, Inspiring Session และ DHL Site Visiting เยี่ยมชมการทำงานในคลังสินค้า โดยพี่ๆ ทีมงานดีเอชแอล

DAY 3: Grooming Class การแต่งกายและบุคคลิกภาพสำหรับการทำงาน โดย อาจารย์วรวุฒิ ทัดบรรทม ผู้จัดการ กันตนา เทรนนิ่ง เซ็นเตอร์ และ อาจารย์พิเศษระดับปริญญาตรีและโท สถาบันการศึกษาภาครัฐและเอกชน และ Knowledge Sharing with Jobs DB โดยคุณนิรัชชา เข็มปัญญา ผู้จัดการแผนกทรัพพยากรบุคคล บริษัท จ๊อบส์ดีบี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

ซึ่งหลังจบค่ายนี้แล้วน้องๆ เยาวชนจากหมู่บ้านเด็กโสสะฯ ทั่วประเทศที่มาเข้าร่วม ก็ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจและประสบการณ์พิเศษมากมายที่หาไม่ได้ในห้องเรียน และมีความพร้อมที่จะก้าวเข้าสู่โลกของการทำงานในอนาคตอันใกล้นี้ อีกทั้งยังเป็นค่ายที่เต็มไปด้วยความสนุกสนานและรอยยิ้ม สุขใจทั้งพี่ๆ ดีเอชแอล และน้องๆ โสสะเลยค่ะ

SOS Children’s Villages International started an international partnership with Deutsche Post DHL since 2009, the GoTeach Partnership provided a good opportunity to youth from SOS Children’s Villages and with a better future based on access to vocational training, work experience and other necessary skills to enter in the working world following the objective Education, Employability, Empowerment. Now, in 2014, is a good chance for the partnership between SOS Children’s Villages Thailand and DHL Thailand.

"TON-KLA CAMP" was held on December 2 - 4, 2014 at Maple Hotel.

DAY 1: Strengthen Your Mentality for Working Life and Mental Analysis by Dr. Jitra Dudsdeemaytha, Head of the Human Enrichment Centre of Srinakharinwirot University

DAY 2: Fundamental English Session for Job Application, Inspiring Session and DHL Site Visiting by DHL employees

DAY 3: Grooming Class by Khun Vorawut Tudbanthom, Manager of Kantana Training Centre and Knowledge Sharing with Jobs DB by Khun Niratcha Khempanya, Human Resource Manager, JobsDB (Thailand) Ltd.

Youth in our care all over Thailand receive a great experience and a lot of inspiration, preparing them for find a job and become independent in the close future.
