TK ELEVATOR(THAILAND) ร่วมเสริมทักษะเยาวชนผ่านกิจกรรม EDUCATION4FUTURE CAMP

มูลนิธิเด็กโสสะฯ ขอขอบพระคุณ บริษัท ทีเค เอลลิเวเตอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด หรือ TK ELEVATOR (THAILAND) ผู้นำธุรกิจด้านการติดตั้งลิฟท์ บันไดเลื่อน และทางลาดเลื่อน พร้อมบริการซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษา ที่ยังคงให้การสนับสนุนมูลนิธิฯ อย่างต่อเนื่อง ในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นให้กับเยาวชน เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต ผ่านกิจกรรม “EDUCATION4FUTURE CAMP TK Elevator (Thailand) x SOS Children’s Villages Thailand 2026” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 4–6 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ โรงแรมไฮแอทรีเจนซี่ กรุงเทพ สุวรรณภูมิ แอร์พอร์ต

ในปีนี้ มีเยาวชนจากหมู่บ้านเด็กโสสะทั้ง 5 แห่งทั่วประเทศเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจำนวน 28 คน ซึ่งกำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับอุดมศึกษาตั้งแต่ชั้นปีที่ 1–4 โดยกิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้เยาวชนสามารถก้าวสู่โลกการทำงานได้อย่างมั่นใจ ผ่านการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานและการใช้ชีวิตในอนาคต

ตลอดการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เยาวชนได้เรียนรู้และฝึกฝนทักษะสำคัญในหลากหลายด้าน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการตั้งเป้าหมายชีวิต การวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ ทักษะการขายและการเจรจาต่อรอง การวางแผนทางการเงิน รวมถึงการเรียนรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบลิฟต์ บันไดเลื่อน และความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน ซึ่งเป็นทักษะสำคัญที่ช่วยเตรียมความพร้อมให้เยาวชนสามารถก้าวสู่การใช้ชีวิตและโลกการทำงานในอนาคตได้อย่างมั่นใจและมีคุณภาพ

“สิ่งที่ประทับใจมากที่สุดคือการได้เห็นพัฒนาการและการเติบโตของน้อง ๆ ตลอดระยะเวลาที่เราได้ร่วมงานกับมูลนิธิเด็กโสสะฯ หลายคนมีความกล้าแสดงออกมากขึ้น มีความมั่นใจในตัวเองมากขึ้น และเริ่มมองเห็นศักยภาพของตนเองอย่างชัดเจน อีกสิ่งหนึ่งที่น่าชื่นชมคือความมุ่งมั่นของมูลนิธิฯ ที่ทำงานเพื่อเด็กและเยาวชนอย่างต่อเนื่องและจริงจัง ทำให้ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้เป็นมากกว่ากิจกรรม CSR ทั่วไป แต่เป็นการร่วมกันสร้างโอกาส สร้างอนาคต และส่งเสริมศักยภาพของเยาวชนให้สามารถเติบโตได้อย่างเต็มที่

อยากให้น้อง ๆ ทุกคน กล้าที่จะเริ่มต้น และไม่กลัวที่จะผิดพลาด อย่าดูถูกศักยภาพของตนเอง เพราะคนที่ประสบความสำเร็จที่สุดอาจไม่ใช่คนที่เก่งที่สุดตั้งแต่แรก แต่คือคนที่พร้อมเรียนรู้ พัฒนาตัวเอง และปรับตัวอยู่เสมอ ขอให้น้อง ๆ ใช้โอกาสในครั้งนี้เปิดใจเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ กล้าถาม กล้าคิด และกล้าลงมือทำ เพราะบางครั้งโอกาสหรือเส้นทางสำคัญในชีวิต อาจเริ่มต้นจากการตัดสินใจเล็ก ๆ เพียงครั้งเดียวที่จะเปิดใจเรียนรู้ในวันนี้”

ขอให้น้อง ๆ ทุกคน กล้าที่จะมีความฝัน กล้าที่จะตั้งเป้าหมาย และมุ่งมั่นพยายามก้าวไปสู่เป้าหมายนั้นในแบบของตนเอง ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีความฝันเหมือนใคร หรือวัดความสำเร็จตามมาตรฐานของคนอื่น ขอเพียงได้ทำในสิ่งที่รัก มีความสุขกับเส้นทางที่เลือก และไม่หยุดพัฒนาตัวเอง เพื่อทำความฝันของตนเองให้เป็นจริงในวันข้างหน้า”

“หนูชอบทุกกิจกรรมเลยค่ะ เพราะได้เรียนรู้หลายเรื่องที่สามารถนำไปปรับใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้ โดยเฉพาะเรื่องการปรับมุมมองความคิดของตัวเอง หากเรามองโลกในแง่ลบมากเกินไป อาจทำให้รับมือกับปัญหาได้ยาก แต่เมื่อเราเปิดใจ มองโลกในแง่บวก และเข้าใจความรู้สึกของผู้อื่นมากขึ้น ก็จะช่วยให้เราจัดการกับสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ ได้ดีขึ้นค่ะ หนูขอขอบคุณพี่ ๆ TKE ที่ให้โอกาสพวกเราได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดี ๆ แบบนี้ ขอบคุณที่สละเวลา มอบความรู้  ทำให้หนูและเพื่อนๆ ได้เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ ได้สร้างมิตรภาพที่ดีร่วมกัน หนูจะนำสิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้ไปปรับใช้ในอนาคตอย่างแน่นอนค่ะ”

“หัวข้อที่ผมชอบมากที่สุดคือเรื่องการตั้งเป้าหมายในชีวิต เพราะทำให้ผมได้เรียนรู้วิธีการตั้งเป้าหมายในชีวิตอย่างชัดเจน และเข้าใจว่าต้องวางแผนอย่างไรจึงจะสามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ได้   ผมขอขอบคุณพี่ ๆ ทุกคนที่จัดกิจกรรมดี ๆ และมอบโอกาสให้พวกเราได้เข้าร่วม ผมรู้สึกตื่นเต้นและประทับใจมาก ความรู้ที่ได้รับสามารถนำไปปรับใช้ในชีวิตได้จริงและมีประโยชน์กับอนาคตของผมมากครับ”

TK Elevator (Thailand) Opens Learning Opportunities and Enhances Youth Skills through the EDUCATION4FUTURE CAMP

SOS Children’s Villages Thailand would like to express its sincere appreciation to TK Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a leading provider of elevator, escalator, and moving walk installation, repair, and maintenance services, for its continued support. The company has consistently contributed to empowering and developing essential skills for youth, preparing them for future careers through the “EDUCATION4FUTURE CAMP: TK Elevator (Thailand) x SOS Children’s Villages Thailand 2026", held from June 4–6, 2026, at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport.

This year, 28 youths from five SOS Children’s Villages across Thailand participated in the program. All participants are currently pursuing higher education, ranging from 1-4 year university students. The camp aimed to equip them with the confidence and essential skills needed to transition successfully into the professional world.

Throughout the program, participants engaged in a variety of learning activities designed to strengthen key competencies, including goal setting, strategic planning, sales and negotiation skills, and financial planning. They also gained fundamental knowledge about elevator and escalator systems, as well as safety practices—practical skills that will support both their professional and personal lives in the future.

Mr. Phahol Trangkineenad, National Director of SOS Children’s Villages Thailand, stated:

Ung-ing, a youth from SOS Children’s Village Bangpoo, shared:

“I enjoyed every activity because I learned many things that I can apply in my daily life, especially about adjusting my mindset. If we focus too much on negative thinking, it becomes harder to deal with problems. But when we open our minds, think positively, and understand others better, we can handle situations more effectively. I would like to thank all the TKE team for giving us this opportunity, for your time, and for sharing your knowledge. I also made great friendships during the camp. I will definitely apply what I’ve learned in the future.”

Pip, a youth from SOS Children’s Village Chiang Rai, said:

“My favorite topic was goal setting because it helped me clearly understand how to set life goals and plan effectively to achieve them. I would like to thank everyone for organizing such a meaningful activity and giving us this opportunity. I feel very excited and impressed. The knowledge I gained is practical and will be very beneficial for my future.”
